Product Application
JSM-ZKXSF semi-automatic vacuum negative pressure filling machine is a pneumatic equipment. PLC time control, electric eye detection and no filling without bottle are adopted. This machine has the characteristics of filling the fixed liquid level. The filling head has double layers of tubes, one for filling, and the other for pumping the superfluous materials back into the raw material barrel, reducing the waste of raw materials. The filling volume is determined by the depth of the filling head into the container. Therefore, whether the bottle volume is consistent or not, the filling liquid level will remain the same.
