Q: Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
A: We have been a manufacturer of various aluminum/plastic casings for many years.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: If the goods are in stock, it usually takes 5-10 days. If the goods are out of stock, it will take 15-20 days, depending on the quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: Since the aluminum casing is custom made, we would be grateful if you could pay for the customization.
Q: What is your payment terms?
1.: Tools: 100% prepaid by wire transfer;
2: Part: 30% order confirmation and balance paid before delivery;
3: We can discuss other payment methods
Q: Can small batches be customized? What is the minimum order quantity?
A: We are manufacturers. There is no limit to the number of boxes. Retail is also available. The price of mass customization will be the most cost effective.
