Products Description
Channel steel is a long strip of steel with a groove-shaped cross-section. It is a carbon structural steel for construction and machinery. It is a section steel with a complex cross-section. Channel steel is mainly used in building structure, curtain wall engineering, mechanical equipment and vehicle manufacturing.
Production Process
Channel steel can be divided into hot-dip galvanized channel steel and hot-blown galvanized channel steel according to different galvanizing processes. Zinc layer, so as to achieve the purpose of anti-corrosion. The layer is formed by zinc in a liquid state at high temperature in three steps:
1. The iron-based surface is dissolved by the zinc solution to form a zinc-iron alloy phase layer;
2. The zinc ions in the alloy layer further diffuse to the matrix to form a zinc-iron mutual soluble layer;
3. The surface of the alloy layer is surrounded by a zinc layer.
Channel steel process flow: raw material inspection → pickling → cleaning → zinc aid → drying → galvanizing → cooling → passivation → cleaning → finished product inspection → inspection and packaging, etc. According to habit, the process is often divided into two categories: off-line annealing and in-line annealing according to the different pre-plating treatment methods.
