Product Overview

Liquid teflon coating machine for spraying nonstick TEFLON on fry pan

It's a series of machines in coated pan production plant, including washing machine, teflon coating machines and baking ovens. Suitable for manfacturing non-stick cookwares such as pilla pans, rice cookers, soup pots, dutch ovens, backwares and so on. These machines for teflon coating can also used for power coating of other products.

It's of very high automation and capacity, only need two operators to load and unload the products, all production are done by machines and robot. Semi automatic teflon coating machine line is also available.

1.Teflon coating plant starts from this loading zone and after the sandblasting which can make teflonc coating stick to the pan firmly.

2. At this washing zone grease and dust on cookwares will be thoroughly cleaned by water and dried by blowers, as preparation for teflon spray.

3.It's liquid teflon coating spray machine that consists of coating spray gun, robot, rotary table for cookwares moving, waste teflon collecting device and control system.

4.Pans after first teflon spray will go to this sintering oven for baking. After baking and cooling, will spray the second coating and third coating(optional), then bake again by oven.

5.This is the unloading zone of interior coating machine line. Coated pans come out of the baking furnace and will be removed to loading zone of outer coating line.

6. A reversing system will turn over the pans and put them on conveyor belt, this is the loading zone of coating spray machine line for outer surface of cookware.

7.This is teflon coating spray booth for pan outer surface. Spray guns from Japan spray liquid teflon on the pans and the coated pans will be moved away to the entrance of baking furnace by rotary system driven by Simens reducer.

8. At the exit of the baking furnace you will get perfect non stick pans. Don't be too happy to hurt yourself by touching the finished products that just come out, because they are at temperature about 40 ℃.
