1. Are you providing samples? How about the lead time? Yes we do provide sample, for standard sku with inventory, we can ship it as soon as possible. for any customization, it usually will be ready to ship within 7-15 days. 2. Any cost for getting samples? Actually it depends on the products. For low value prodecuts, we will provide free samples but you need to pay for the shipping cost. But for some high value samples it'll need both sample cost and shipping cost. All sample related cost can be refunded after the first deposit of the purchase order have been received. 3. What is the MOQ? Our MOQ is usually 200pcs for large baskets and 500pcs for small baskets. 4. Can you do OEM? Yes, we can customize size, color, material and even weaving method based on your requirements. Custom design is warmly welcome. we also provide packaging design, logo design, website design and ecommerce photography service if need. 5. What about the lead time? Usually 30-45 days depend on different order quantities. In peak season, lead time can be 45-60 days. 6. Which shipping methods could I choose? We normally provide our customers FOB price in USD. Door-to-Door (Ship to your shop's address) or CIF price can be provided at customer's request. Shipping port is Shekou port in Shenzhen. 7. What are your payment terms and payment methods? For small order value (<$1000), please pay us 100% in advance. For higher order value, we accept 50% first deposit and the rest after shared the Bill of Landing or L/C at sight.
