The LK-R series tire rasper machine is used to make different size of rubber mulch in 10-30mm.it is the second step to process tiers.
the first step is shred the tires into rubber chips by tire shredder. the TS series tire shredder machine is used to shred the whole tire into TDF rubber chips.
the car tires, truck tires, trailer tires, OTR tires upto 4000mm can be shredded by our tire recycling machine;
whatever the frozen tires or not clean tires both can be processed by our machines.
T he TDF tire shredder will shred the whole tire into rubber chips; final rubber size will be less 50mm rubber blocks. this step is not remove the wires from rubbers. but the rubber block can be used in TDF or TDA as fuel.
