Production process in brief
1. Selecting wood from the forests (both in domestic and oversea forest) and transporting the wood to factory
2. Cutting wood into small pieces with required sizes
3. Making shape from wood pieces
4. Sanding/polishing shaped wood pieces by machine
5. Re-sanding/polishing shaped wood pieces by hand
6. Fastening iron screws into hanger's parts for installation
7. Painting the surface of wood with customer's required color or just painting with oil to keep the natural color of the wood
8. Packing wooden hanger stand into carton box
9. Shipping products to customer
Q. Can I know about your payment term?
A. Normally, our payment term will be 30% T/T in advance after signing the contact and 70% T/T against the copy Bill of Lading

A. Generally, it will take from 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment, depend on your required model and the quantity.

A. We control the quality of our products in 3 periods: input materals, production process and finished products.
- Input materials: we control the features of materials when purchasing to make sure the materials meets the quality before making product.
- Production proccess: we directly control the proccess in the factory to guarante the technical factor and progress
- Finished products: After finishing production, we will inspect the goods for one or many times to make sure the products reach the required quality as the original.
