Product Description
PGZ series flat plate type automatic lowering and unloading centrifuge takes the drum as the main component, and the scraper drive, mechanical transmission, casing and other functional components are modularly designed, so that it can achieve any combination of functions.
The scraper drive has hydraulic, pneumatic, manual and other methods. Start with variable frequency start, electric brake. The motor drives the shaft of the drum to rotate through the belt drive to form a centrifugal force field. The separated suspension enters the drum from the top feeding pipe, falls on the cloth tray, and is thrown to the drum wall under the action of centrifugal force. It is collected in the bottom plate and discharged through the drain pipe, while the solid phase remains on the inner side of the filter cloth.
If washing is required, add washing water through the washing tube for washing. After the dehydration is completed, the drum rotates at a low speed, and the scraper scrapes off the solid phase and discharges it through the discharge port at the bottom of the drum.
Applications
It is widely used in the filtration of granular suspension in solid phase. In addition to general use, the flat plate type is especially suitable for liquid-solid separation of high density, toxic, harmful, flammable, explosive and other media. It is used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, Solid-liquid separation of raw materials, intermediates and finished products in national defense and other industrial fields.
Materials
1. The bottom of the drum is made of cast ladle lined 316L stainless steel, and the drum wall and the liquid interception port are made of 316L stainless steel ( δ10) Materials;
2. The bottom plate is made of carbon steel (δ50) lined with 304 stainless steel (δ2) material;
3. The shell ( δ6) and the shell flange ( δ40) are made of 316L stainless steel;
4. The upper cover is made of white 316L stainless steel (δ8), and the flange of the upper cover is made of 304 stainless steel (δ40);
5. The scraper bar and scraper are made of 316L stainless steel;
6. The main shaft is made of 40Cr material;
7. The bearing seat is made of integral cast ladle lined 316L stainless steel ( δ2) material;
8. Belt protection cover and motor protection cover are made of 304 stainless steel ( δ2) material;
9. Other overcurrent parts and slag parts are made of 316L stainless steel;
10. Stainless steel surface treatment: full polishing inside and outside; polishing degree outside ≤ 0.6um, material contact with inner surface is less than 0.4um;
