Application:
The instrument is mainly used to determine the total sulfur content in coal, iron and steel and various mines. It is the preferred and necessary instrument for the laboratories of coal, electric power, chemical industry, building materials, metallurgy, geological prospecting, commodity inspection, environmental testing and other departments.
The instrument is designed according to the coulometric titration method in GB/T214-1996, and is developed on the basis of the KZDL series and other existing domestic sulfur measuring instruments. Improved KZDL-3A type poor linearity, zero drift, need to manually control the electrolysis switch, manually adjust the furnace flow and other shortcomings. The entire measurement process of the instrument is intelligently controlled by a microprocessor, and many intelligent control functions such as automatic control of electrolysis switch and PID mode control of furnace flow are newly added; and the test data is corrected and processed by the microprocessor to make The measurement data is stable, the parallel samples are good, the accuracy and precision of the results are better than the requirements of the national standard GB/T214-1996, and the large-screen Chinese characters are displayed, the man-machine interface is friendly, the keyboard operation is simple and easy to learn and use, and the degree of automation and intelligent control is high. it is an ideal sulfur measuring instrument for laboratories at present.
