4. Confirm Production then arrange shipping
If sample/pre-production sample approved, we arrange mass production and real-time updates.
Send all pictures/video about production,packing&inspection. After you confirmed then ship out.
5. After-sales service issues
Regarding goods if any issues you can take the photos and send to us.After receiving the photo, we will check what the problem is, give a solution in time such as tell give some compensation or provide a replacement product in the next order
