Product Application
The decoiler is made from a robust welded steel structure. The mandrel shaft is mounted on ball bearings and the expanding and retraction of the mandrel is hydraulic driven.
A hydraulic motor is equipped in the shaft of the decoiler as an auxiliary mechanism of decoiling and partially rewinding the coil when it turns in reverse direction.
The sheet feeding from the decoiler is automatically controlled by the hanging position of sheet which is detected by a photoelectric device with 2 photoelectric switches.
