Introduction
The thermal efficiency of electric boiler reaches as high as 99%, and there is no NOX released to the air. WDR series boiler is horizontal structure, offer sufficient steam/hot water output. The electrical control cabinet is separate from boiler body, which will not affect the boiler’s working life because of the aging of the electrical elements. The electrical heated tube can be used for about 20000 hours.
Feature:
1.All the electrical elements have the CE and CCC certification to make sure the boiler safety and long live.
2.Special design of internal structure, large heating area, high thermal efficiency (99%).
3.Seamless steel tube is used as the linner of the ceramic heating tube, high compression strength, 5~10 times using life longer than others.
4.The boiler uses SIMENS PLC electric control cabinet, displays in English. It shows boiler operation condition dynamically, and operator can set up parameters about temperature, pressure, time, etc.
5.Stainless steel shell is available, and we can design the specific boiler based on customers’ requirement.
6.The 100% NDT make sure the boiler life span more than 20 years.
7.Each group electrical heating elements focus on type of flange connection to make the structure simple, safe and easy to repair.
