Product Description
1.This product is two components modified epoxy adhesive.
2.It cures at low temperature or room temperature, dividing to fast , medium and slow types according to curing rate.
3.The cured epoxy resin has excellent luster, and the adhesive coating is colorless and clear.
4.High bonding strength, good adhesion, low inner stress, superior rigidity and excellent flexibility after curing.
5.The cured epoxy resin has excellent acid and alkali resistance, superior anti-yellow, humidity , heat and aging resistance.

Instructions
1. Please
slightly polish, clean and completely dry the bonding parts before applying the adhesive.
2. Pre-heat
the adhesive to enhance the permeability of the adhesive, accelerate the curing process,and enhance the mechanical performance of cured epoxy resin.
3.Accurately measure part A and B by weight ratio, and sufficiently mix them well until the color of mixture is even without stripes,then equally coat the adhesive on the bonding parts with the scraper.
4.Impose some pressure after adhering the bonding parts, or adopt static curing. It's available for the next processing procedure 24 hours after curing at room temperature. When temperature is low in winter warm up the bonding compound to 50℃ ~ 60℃ to cure,and it's available for the next processing procedure after 3 ~ 4 hours.
5.Different colors can be prepared according to stone color , and the proper toner amount is no more than 0.3 ~ 3 ‰ of adhesive amount.

Precautions
1.Do not prepare too much adhesive one time, and please use it up in proper time to avoid wast.
2.The higher the temperature and the more adhesive need to prepare as high temperature fasten curing and shorten usable time,and vice versa.
3.When compounding the stones, some pressure is needed for curing, do not move the stones before the adhesive completely cures.
4.Please keep the bonding surface dry and clean, roughening is required when the bonding surface is too smooth, and clean the substances on the bonding surface that influence the bonding effect.
5.The working temperature should be not lower than 5
℃,properly heat the adhesive in winter can accelerate curing process and enhance bonding strength.
6.Please stop using the adhesive if it is too viscous or becomes gel.
7.If the adhesive viscosity is too high and difficult to mix, please add 3% xylene, anhydrous ethanol or acetone to dilute, or warm up the stones before processing,or put the adhesive in 40
~ 80
℃hot water to lower the viscosity and enhance the permeability of the adhesive.
