Cylinder Parts Fixing Agent Adhesives
FS-1603 General purpose, high intensity ,anti-oillt applies slightly oily suraces and inert surface. Suitable to dirty an inert surface 0.1mm gap solid.
FS-1609 General purpose, high intensity, low viscosity. Sealing builf/shaft bearings, small motor shaft and bushing, repair wear or out-of-tolerance hole/shaft parts, fix gap 0.1mm.
FS-1620 High temperature resistance(204℃）. High strength, high viscosity, not flowing.
It is used for intermittent work condition of the high temperature of 150 ℃ ~ 204 ℃ retaining valve casing, injection molding machine set, valve set,cylinder liner keyway, etc.
FS-1638 Ultra high strength, high viscosity. It can fit larger gap of shaft and hole, key. Used for periodic load or dynamic load cases and high strength condition.
FS-1648 High strength, low viscosity, fast curing. Filling gap is 0.15 mm. Apply to small fitting gap.
The continuous working temperature is higher thus it need to be quickly fixed.
FS-1660 High strength, high viscosity, paste,. It is used to fill the gap (below 0.5 mm), shaft, sets, key, such as bearing cylindrical mating parts.
It is used to repair shaft of severe wear, hole, slotting, bearings, bushings, etc.
FS-1680 High strength, medium viscosity, suitable for clearance or interference
It can replace the press fit, holding casing, shaft, gear, belt rotor, repair hole /shaft and the ultra poor gap < 0.25mm parts, fixture
