Usages
1.Liquid diswashing agents
2.light-duty detergents
3.shampoo, shower gels, foam baths
4.suited for highly concentrated endproducts
1 Liquid detergent
Sodium Laureth Ether Sulfate is widely used in liquid detergent, such as shampoo, dishware, bubble bath and hand cleaner, etc. AES can also be used in washing powder and detergent for heavy dirty. It is a powerful cleaning agent that can remove dirt and stains from clothing, while also keeping fabric feeling soft and fresh.
2 Using SLES to replace LAS
Using AES to replace LAS, phosphate can be saved or reduced, and general dosage of active matter is reduced.
3 In textile, printing and dyeing, oil and leather industries
SLES is in the dyeing process, where it helps to evenly distribute dye throughout the fabric, leading to vibrant and long-lasting color. It is also widely used in the printing industry, where it helps to emulsify ink and prevent it from smudging or bleeding. It is a key component in printing inks, ensuring that they remain stable and vibrant on a wide range of surfaces.
In the petroleum industry, AES is used as a foaming agent in drilling muds. This helps to reduce friction and increase lubrication, making drilling operations more efficient. Also used in crude oil refining, where it helps to break down heavy hydrocarbons and reduce viscosity.
Lastly, the leather industry uses sodium lauryl ether sulfate as a cleaning and conditioning agent. It helps to remove dirt and stains from leather while also keeping it soft and flexible. Also used in the production of leather goods, where it helps to evenly distribute dyes and finishes, ensuring an even and consistent finish.
