A:Yes, we have our own factory.
2.Q:Can you export the goods directly?
A:We can export directly.
3.Q: what is the trade terms and payment terms?
A: We can accept FOB & CIF. Payment term is T/T, 30% deposit, 70% before shipping.
4.Q: Can we receive the free samples?
A: Yes, we will send you the free samples of 1-5pcs for you to test the quality. But the freight will be on year side.
5.Q: How about the time of delivery?
A: Generally, the lead time is about 45days. Sometime more or less. The more time we get, the better quality you gain.
6.Q:Can I customize my own color?
A:You can tell us pantone number for any color you want. Or you can send us your color chart.

2. Quotation with M.O.Q.
3. Approve the Quotation, sign Sales Contract. T/T 30% deposit in advance.
4. Sample confirmation
5. Production---mass production
6. Inspect and pay for balance before shipment.
7. Shipping--- by sea, air or courier.

A: we will reply you within 24 hours, it will delay when holiday. You can call us if urgent.

A:Welcome to us, we can pick up you at airport. Just inform us in advance.
