1.Drum motor speed is adjustable,the range is 0~100 rpm. You can adjust a proper speed for yourself, different speeds make different tastes. (We use the Japan brand ADDKA motor for drum speed adjustment which is more durable)

The roaster is installed with USB interface, can work well with the Artisan software and display roasting curve on your laptop. (The roaster can connect with computer by BT,too)
