Product Description
COMAR produce a range of silver brazing alloys commercialized with FAST trademark.
They are aimed at the jewelry and industrial sector and they allow the brazing of the common metals used in this field (silver, bronze, brass, ferrous and non-ferrous bases metal).
The development of a production process in continuous casting has allowed to obtain always homogeneous and high quality alloys.
The use of pure metals at 999,9/1000 tit. allows to reach great welding results with no impurities in the joints.

FAST 72 EUTECTIC BRAZING SILVER ALLOY
FAST72 is a silver-copper brazing alloy with a eutectic composition , and has a melting point of 779°C .
Having a single melting temperature of 779˚C makes the alloy very free flowing and able to penetrate narrow joint gaps.
FAST72 is generally used to join silver, copper and nickel base alloys in reducing or inert atmospheres or vacuum. It is also widely used to join metallized ceramics to metals in vacuum.
Typical applications are the brazing of ferrous , nonferrous , and dissimilar metals and alloys with close joint clearances .

In order to guarantee a greater reliability of the delivered product, every wire is exclusively wound on first quality ABS
spools . This ensures better stability of the mechanical spools thus avoiding accidental damage caused by temperature shock or strong pressure of the wound wire.

The wire is protected by a nylon sheet and subsequently sealed wrapped in order to guarantee the best quality even after a period in stock.

Spools are packaged inside solid cardboard boxes for a safer handling.

Company Introduction
COMAR was born at the end of 80’s with the trade of pure silver and in a decade it has started also the production of silver strips and wires.
