Diamond wire saw
1) This diamond wire saw is widely used in all kinds of granite quarrying, and can also be used for granite blocks squaring. The products have the following advantages: high efficiency, low pollution, high productivity and high cost effective.
2) We will provide the wire saw according to different stones kinds. The beads mixture, spec., and size will be made accordingly the structure of stones kinds.
3) The wire saw is covered with specially processed rubber, and is able to work under different working environments.
4) The most suitable wire speed for granite is 22-28m/s.
5) The advantages of rubber diamond wire for granite quarrying:
Ø Under high temperature rubberizing and vulcanizing processing, the rubber is stuck strongly on the cable, so the diamond wire is able to bear high force.
Ø The rubber has good temperature resistance, and it can be used even under there is not enough cooling water.
Ø Strong flexibility of rubber will reduce the beads cut-in-one-side problem, and even can be used for smaller curvature radius.
Ø Normally 8 poles motor wire saw machines with 45-75KW are used in granite quarrying.
Ø According to the size of cutting size, water supply can be controlled within 25-50 L/min.
