D type hydrapulper sparepart-Impeller OR rotor
Application:
D-type hydrapulper is more suitable for pulping OCC, commercial waste paper continuously or intermittently. It can discharge the heavy impurities from a separately setting box so as to protect the equipment from damaging by heavy impurities. Also, it can discharge plastic pieces.
Design features:
New vaux rotor can strengthen hydraulic action and disintegrate fiber more effectively. D-shaped vat, changed the way of turbulence generated in the conventional pulper and intensified the turbulence. So the paper bale is quickly soaked into the liquid, the moving path of the waste paper is improved and the capacity of the pulper is increased. It can shorten the pulping time, reduce energy consumption and increase the specific capacity per unit of volume.
