A1: Yes, if you want to test the quality, you can place a sample order or a small order .
Q2: Can you engrave my logo on the earphone? Do you supply OEM/ODM service?
A2: Yes. Custom logo and OEM/ODM are both accepted . Our factory specializes in acoustics field manufacturing for 20 years.
We can produce earphone by your sample, design, pictures, or even by an idea. Please feel free to contact us for more details. We have the strong and experienced team for R&D.
Q3: I received the item is broken, what should I do?
A3: Every item before shipping is well inspected, though we packed well, it still can't be avoided because of rough handling by shipping workers. In this case, We can help you to repair it for free.
Q4: Do you offer after-sales warranty service?
A4: Yes, we will refund or resend products if quality problems are found in the 1-month receipt of goods. Furthermore, we offer a 1-year after-sales warranty service, but you need to pay the shipping charge.
Q5: What’s the standard for MOQ?
A5: It depends on the product. For earphone, 1-3 sets are acceptable. For driver, the MOQ is 4 pieces.
Q6:What’s the lead time for the order?
A6: It’s depend on the product and quantity. For the earphone, our normal lead time is 35-45days for 1000-3000 sets. For the cable, the lead time is 30-40 days for 1000-5000 sets.
