The equipment will have one year warranty. if having any problem, you can send us the pictures or videos, we will send you the parts.
Q4: How to arrange Shipment?
Usually in our quotation we give you the EXW price. It means that you need to take the consideration of shipment cost. We had forwarder partner whom we cooperated with for many years. If you need, our forwarder can arrange the shipment for you. Very convenient.
Q5: What is the cooperate method we deal with?
Please note that we only wholesale the dental chairs to the dealer, in order to give the after sale support as well. For the dealers from different countries, usually we will sign the contract with our dealer for the period of several years.
