Different countries have different definition of the contact type , Our definition as below :
► NC type : Magnet part close to reed switch part , Switch turn "ON" , ( Current flow )
► NO type : Magnet part close to reed switch part , Switch turn "OFF" . (No current flow)
Magnetic contact is widely used for alarm system(panel) to detect state of door. It consist of a reed switch part and a magnet part .
