Thermoelectric assemblies are devices for cooling, heating or temperature control, which consist of different components such as

Work through Peltier Cooling
Thermoelectric assembly is also called peltier assembly, thermoelectric cooling system and so on. It works through TEC coolers,
which uses the Peltier effect to transfer heat from one side of the device to the other, with consumption of DC power. In practice
the main application is cooling. However, It can be used either for heating or for temperature control. As a professional

Peltier Cooler Assembly Installation and Service manual

Installation:
1. The thermoelectric assembly shall be mounted in a cabinet with ‘External Side’ mounted externally;
Suitable cabinet cutout is 150x317mm or 155 x352mm ;
Recommended for general purposes: the TE assembly is fastened with 8XM5/M4 machine screws,
8XM5/M4 flat washers so that the gasket material will seal off around the flange of the assembly.
Service:
Fan impellers and heat sinks must be cleaned on regular intervals to reduce risk for
overheating and reduction of cooling function.

Second: Precise thickness tolerance
Our thermoelectric cools' acceptable thickness tolerance is less than ±0.03mm, which would make the products be more effective. For many suppliers, the thickness tolerance is ±0.1mm, when magnifying 100 times, you would find the surface is full of peaks and valleys, and it would decrease its cool capacity. For more precise thickness tolerance, please feel free to contact us. We could make ±0.02mm tolerance or even ±0.013mm.

Third: High reliability

In order to guarantee thermoelectric cools' reliability, we will do related tests according to MIL-STD-883H including low
temperature storage, high temperature storage, temperature cycling and power cycle testing. According to these test, our products MTBF is more than 100,000hours.
