Product Description
Silicon carbide ceramic membrane is considered as one of the high-end membrane technologies in the world. It can reach 100 times that of traditional organic membrane materials and 3-5 times that of ordinary ceramic membranes.
Silicon carbide ceramic microfiltration and ultrafiltration membranes are sintered at a high temperature of 2300 °C. The surface of silicon carbide crystal particles is smooth and round, and the support layer and separation layer have no sealed pores and channels.
Advantages:
The membrane layer is not easy to fall off and can be returned to the furnace for regeneration, which greatly improves the life of the membrane body; it is more suitable for the backwashing process, so that the membrane holes are not easily blocked, and the service life is as long as fifteen years.
