Install Precautions
-- Please check whether rotation direction of reducer's output shaft is correct before assembling it to machine.
--When the reducer has been stored for 4-6 months, check whether the sealing ring is stuck to the shaft or loses elasticity because of no soaking in the lubricating oil. Replace the sealing ring if necessary.
--For hollow shaft mounting', should use special torque wrench. If no much conditions, users can choose tool by the themselves, but should make sure not force on axial and free move of reducer.
--The reducer should avoid straight sunlight and rain.
--Ensure ventilation condition to be good.
--In the case of ambient temperatures<-5℃ and >+4℃,please contact the technology service department.
--The Various parts(pulleys, gear wheels.couplings,shafts,etc) mount on the solid or hollow shaft by special threaded hole, which can prevent any damage of bearings and surface of machine parts during running ,Meanwhile, the surface of the reducer should be properly lubricated to prevent corrosion and jams.
--The rubber parts and vent holes cannot be painted.
--After installation, remove the sealing plug of the oil hole and replace it with a vent plug.
--Check the oil level.
--If the reducer is not connected to the motor,please refer to the following precautions and ensure that it is correctly mounting to B5,B14
--Check whether the tolerance between the shaft and the motor flange meets the standards.
--Clean the dirt and paint of shaft,center hole and the surface of the flange.
--Avoid stress on the reducer during installation.
--Coat the surface of the shaft with lubricating oil to prevent rust or jams.
--The load should be added step by step when use the machine, Never running it with full load.
--The accessories and materials assembled under the motor an be damaged,so appropriate precautions should be taken.
