Steam Sterilization Retort Machine
The steam retort machine is suitable for food and beverages in canned package . Compared with other type of sterilization ,it can save steam/water/electricity consumption,no exhaust . The come up time is shorter than water spray type sterilization .It can be used for almost all tinplate cans .
FEATURES:
1. The steam directly enters the retort to sterilize the food at high temperature, which is simple and quick;
2. Equipped with a cooling device, no dead spots for sterilization, and the heat distribution in the sterilization stage is controlled at ±0.5°C;
3. Equipped with negative pressure safety device to avoid manual misoperation and form negative pressure to ensure the safety of the equipment;
4. After the equipment is restored from power failure, the program can automatically restore to the state before the power failure to reduce losses;
5. Chain drive can be selected in the kettle, which is convenient to get in and out of the basket and save manpower;
6. One-key operation, when the product enters the sterilization kettle and closes the kettle door, press
