Colored stone metal roof tile
is composed of aluminum- zinc steel sheet( as the substrate), fingerprint resistant coating, colored sand, acrylic resin, acrylic ester.
1)The galvanized steel sheet is made of 55% aluminum , 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon by hot dipping. Its processability and coating performance are basically the same as those of galvanized steel sheet. The service life is 2-6 times that of ordinary galvanized sheet.
2) The galvanized surface is anti-fingerprint coating , which protects the galvanized layer. At the same time, the anti-fingerprint coating can make the galvaniz ed steel plate and colored sand better bonded. The color is divided into colorless transparent and light green.

Sintered colored sand is the decorative layer and base protection layer of metal tiles.
It is made of basalt particles with a certain particle size through high-tech coloring process and high-temperature sintering. With more than ten colors, it is resistant to ultraviolet radiation and can reduce the noise caused by rain to metal tiles.
4) Acrylate is the key material for bonding the steel plate and colored sand, and also serves as a protective layer on the surface of the sand to prevent the leakage of rainwater in details and prolong the life of the color of the sand.

Installation Instructions
1. The construction environment temperature of colored stone metal tiles should be 5 ℃ ~ 35 ℃. When it is lower than 5 ℃, strengthened protective measures should be taken.
2. Construction personnel should wear rubber-soled soft shoes during construction, and try to avoid or reduce stepping on the laid colored stone metal tile surface. For parts that are easy to be stepped on, such as around the dormer window, soft materials should be used as temporary protection. so as not to damage the product.
3. The pipes, equipment or embedded parts passing through the roof waterproof layer are installed before the laying of colored stone metal tiles.
4. After the installation of the colored stone metal tile is completed, it is very important to ensure that the surface of the
colored stone metal tile is not damaged during the installation process, so the following points should be noted:
4.1 Wear gloves when handling colored stone metal tile products on site, and tie them firmly when lifting colored stone metal tiles. They should be lifted gently and not dragged;
4.2 During the on-site cutting process, the bottom surface of the cutting machine should not be in direct contact with the surface of the colored stone metal tile, and a wooden board or rubber board is required;
4.3 When the construction personnel walk on the colored stone metal tile, they must step on the joint part of the tile groove and the tile hanging strip, and it is strictly forbidden to jump, trample or randomly beat on the tile;
4.4 The tools carried by the construction personnel should be placed in the tool bag, such as on the cloth or other sheets on the roof;
4.5 Clean the iron filings and leftovers on the surface of the metal tile. Iron filings will be generated during cutting and drilling on the board surface.
