The UND-CZ series single crystal growth furnace is mainly used in the 8-12 inch single crystal silicon preparation process in the photovoltaic industry. This machine has the advantages of large input volume, high pulling speed, low energy consumption, automation and intelligence. Capable of fully automating and processing processes. The system mainly consists of a seed crystal lifting/rotating system, a crucible lifting/rotating system, a heat screen lifting system, a rotary valve, a vacuum chamber, auxiliary functional units and an electronic control system.
Features:
The monthly production capacity of a single unit is more than 4 tons, enabling the mass production of single crystal silicon ingots. Reasonable furnace layout reduces furnace energy consumption by 10% year-on-year. The large-sized main chamber leaves space for large feed quantities. It is equipped with a continuous feeder device.
