How to install toner cartridges?
Step 2. Grasp the handle of the used cartridge and remove the cartridge from the printer.
Step 3. Remove the new toner cartridge from the packaging.
Step 4. Grasp both sides of the cartridge and gently shake the cartridge from side to side to evenly distribute the toner inside the cartridge.
Step 5. Place the cartridge on a flat surface. Locate the sealing tape on the side of the cartridge and pull the tape straight out (do not pull at an angle).
Step 6. Align the tabs on each side of the cartridge with the tracks inside the printer. Insert the cartridge in the printer and push until firmly seated. Close the top cover. Power on the printer.

For batch problems, firstly we need several pieces samples to be sent back to us, once we test the samples and confirm the batch problem, we will arrange shipping back the defective cartridges, and replace them with next shipment.
