A3. We have many kinds of tiles , the polished tiles is no more than 0.5% . the ceramic tiles is no more than 10% .

A7. Our payments terms is T/T , 30 % deposit , after we get the deposit ,we will start to arrange the goods ,
and 70% balance before loading . We also will accept L/C payment .

A8. Usually if the tiles have already stocks , we can ship within 5 days , but if the tiles didn't have ready stocks ,
we need 15-20 days to production the tiles .
