Maintenance and precautions:
1. The lubricating pump must use clean lubricating oil;
2. Each time you add clean lubricating oil, it should be added to the height range shown on the oil level line;
3. The oil storage tank must be cleaned once every two months, and the filter pipe and the oil filter at the oil inlet must be cleaned or replaced at the same time;
4. When the user needs to adjust the flow of the lubrication system, the running time of the program controller can be adjusted. The increase of the running time can increase the flow of the lubrication system, and the reduction of the running time can reduce the flow of the lubrication system;
5. After the first installation and debugging or dismantling and replacing the parts in the lubrication system, the air in the lubrication system should be exhausted first, and the main equipment of the user can be started to work after ensuring that oil can be discharged from each lubrication point. The moving pair will not be lubricated in time, and there is a danger of damaging the equipment;
6. After the power supply of the pump is turned on, it is not allowed to open the cover on the top of the pump to prevent the danger of electric shock.
