HGS911H Vibration Analyzer / Data Collector

HG911H is an economical vibration data collector. It can be used in field vibration measurement, fault analysis, machinery condition monitoring as well as the storage of the characteristic values and waveforms of acceleration, velocity, displacement and high-frequency acceleration envelope. Its measurement data can be sent to a computer for archiving of equipment maintenance information database and trend analysis.

1.Configuration

HUAEC Group HG911H data collector consists of the main instrument, and accessories.

Note on the external sockets:

“Accelerometer” at the upper part

“Serial port/Recharge” – at the lower part, both for connection of communication cable and battery re-charge

4. Software

Please refer to user’s manual of HUATEC Wave software. However, the spectrum analysis and 3-D spectrum analysis are not applicable because HG911H itself does not upload spectrum. Maximum 60 point ID can be download to HG911H and measurement results can be upload to HUATEC Wave software.

5 . Trouble-Shooting

Symptom	Trouble-shooting
The magnetic mount has no attraction force	Take off the protective iron cover on the bottom of the magnetic mount.
Cannot power on.	1. Press and hold the On button for around 5 seconds then release; 2. The voltage of the battery may be low. Recharge the battery.
Spurious point name appears	1. Format the memory 2. The battery voltage may be low. Recharge battery and power on again.
Measurements not stable	1. The accelerometer cable does not connect well, firm it at both ends; 2. There exists short circuit or break in the accelerometer cable.
Communication fault	1. The communication cable does not connect well, firm it at both ends; 2. Wrong model type selected in HUATEC Wave software, re-select the model HG911H 3. Computer software faults. Re-install HUATEC Wave or scan for virus.

6.Maintenance

6.1Battery Charging

Rechargeable battery is used in HUAEC Group HG911H data collector. It will take several hours to fully charge the battery and then it will be ready for >20 hours of continuous operation.

6.2 Calibration

HUAEC Group HG911H and accelerometer should be calibrated periodically. The cycle of calibration is normally one year.
