Installation Guide

This product can be built into a wall, surround or structure. Please take note of the product dimensions and build your wall, surround or structure accordingly. You are required to leave a minimum of 400mm from the base of the fuel bed to any shelf/enclosure above the product. This will allow enough space above the product to allow the flames to form fully and not to be obstructed.
This product needs free ventilation from underneath to operate correctly. The free ventilation helps keep the electronic components cool, allow the the mist to evacuate the sump and lift out of the product.
You can design a cavity for the appliance. Be sure to allow room under and around the appliance for water connection(for specific models only) and the electrical connection.

Q1. Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. You will need to pay for the sample cost and delivery cost, the sample cost could be refunded after official mass order.

Q2. What about the lead time?
A: Sample lead time is 15 days, production lead time is 45 to 60 days depends on the production status.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ requirement?
A: It depends on the model you selected. Some models could accept very small MOQ, some models might not.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: For sample or small quantity order, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT or your appointed shipping agent. It normally takes 7-15 days to arrive. For container order, always ship by sea, time of transit depends your destination.

Q5. How to proceed an order?
A: We will send you the quotation for your selected models or according to your requirement. Once you confirm the quotation and issue the order, we will send you the PI for confirmation. The production will be arranged right after the deposit payment as per the payment term in PI.

Q6. How about the payment term?
A: 100% TT for sample or small quantity order. F or container order, 30% deposit and 70% balance against copy BL.

Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 1 year warranty to our products.

Q8: Do you accept customized design?
A: Customized design is always welcome. Just send us your idea or provide us the drawing for further communication.
