Description

Working principle
The colloid mill is driven by a motor through a belt drive to drive the rotating tooth (or rotor) and the matching fixed tooth (or stator) to rotate relative to each other. One of them rotates and the other is stationary. The processed material passes its own weight or external pressure. (Can be generated by the pump) Pressurization produces downward spiral impact force. Through the gap between the fixed and rotating teeth (the gap is adjustable), the material is subjected to physical effects such as large shear force, friction force, vibration, and vortex. It has the effect of being emulsified, dispersed, qualitative and crushed, and the material is finely crushed and emulsified.
