1. Q: How to get a sample?
A: Please contact with our customer service to advise your detailed request,we will offer sample for free,
you only need to pay the postage charge. If you've already placed orders,we will send free samples by our courier account.
2. Q: What is your Minimum quantity?
A: Digital print 100M each color. Normal print 1500m each color.
If you can not reach our minimum quantity, please let us know the details, and we will find a way to resove your concern.
3. Q: Can you make fabric according to my fabrics or designs?
A: Sure, we will be very glad to receive your samples an designs.
4. Q: How long to deliver the products?
A: The delivery date is according to your quantity. Usually within 25 working days after receiving 30% deposit.Some of our items can be shipped out in 7 days.
5. Q: What is your payment terms?
A:Normally, we need 30% deposit by T/T in advance, 70% payment against the copy of BL. It is negotiable as well, welcome to contact with us.
