Grinding wheel rack
The hydrostatic spindle system of grinding wheel with wide speed range, high rigidity and high precision is developed to realize the high rigidity and high precision rotary motion of grinding wheel. The grinding wheel shaft is supported by hydrostatic bearing, Siemens built-in spindle motor and coolant forced cooling spindle motor. The grinding wheel spindle is equipped with grinding wheel balancing device. The supporting management control program can continuously monitor the grinding wheel condition in the cycle and immediately compensate the possible unbalance.
