Feature

One component,neotral curing,weatherproof silicone sealant,convenient to use.It has good extrusion and thixotropy in the temperature range of 4--40 ℃ .To most building materials or surfaces,it has good adhesive properties.It is the perfect weatherproof sealing material with excellent performance of weather resistant,aging resistance ultraviolet radiation resistance,high and low temperature .

Main usage

For filling and sealing the various doors and windows installation.

For filling and sealing the interior decorations.

Use restriction

Unsuitable for all kinds of material surface where will effuse grease,plasticizer or solvent.

Unsuitable for the confined space or the surfaces which directly contact the food or drinking water.

Unsuitable for the construction when the tenperature of the material surface below 4℃ or over 40℃.

Unsuitable for the copper-containing material or copper alloy containing material.

Construction guidelines

The substrate must be clean with solvent,such as toluene,acetone and keep the substrate surfaces completely clean and dry,If it needs the undercoat for enhancing the cohesiveness,avoid working until the undercoat dries.Fully filling the silicone sealant to the surfaces of the material for better sealing.For better appearance,please cover outside of construction areas with masking taps before application and trimming immediately before fully cured.

Notice

Keep a favorable ventilation in the construction site.

Keep out of reach of children to avoid eating by mistake.

Use lots of  water to wash when the adhesive into eyes before cured and seek help from a doctor immediately.It must do adhesion test and compatibility test before the use and make sure good compatibility and viscosity between products and base material.For the products,the company provids qualityassyrance(QA) and not responsible for any damage that happen during use because of accident or misuse.

Storage period

9 months in seal condition,cool and dry place,before 27℃.
