Q1: What is your product’s quality?
A: We focus on switch socket manufacturing since 2003 and smart switch socket production since 2015.Each device will be inspected strictly before delivery.CE, ETL, FCC, SAA standard.Excellent quality products makes your business smoothly.
Q2: What is your MOQ?
A: Large stock materials in stock.Lots of items do not have the MOQ requirements, low to 1 pcs.
Q3: Could I custom logo on the switches?
A: Yes, sure. For some designs, we can custom your logo on the switch plate with low MOQ of 10 pcs.For other designs, we need MOQ with about 200-500 pcs.
Q4: How many quantity do you need to custom my own packaging and manual?
A: The MOQ is 1000 pcs-3000 pcs.
Q5: What is your bulk stock goods logo and packaging?
A: Our current goods have our logo or neutral packing.Also the manual App is LARKKEY App or Smart Life App.
Q6: How can I order samples?
A: Pls contact or messenger to us, we will revise a special sample price to you.Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q7: What is your shipment way and the lead time?
A: For the bulk orders,we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. It usually takes 5-7 days to arrive. Also prepare orders also need several days.
For the large and OEM orders, by air or by sea is optional.
Q8: What is your payment terms?
A: For ready or bulk goods.The payment is Full T/T in advance.
For the custom or OEM orders, we usually accept T/T 30% deposit, balance 70% before delivery.
