Water based polyurethane shoe adhesive
WPU-70-17GLW and WPU-70-17GHW are made of polyurethane resin. They are water based type adyhesive and are designed to be used as shoe cement. The difference of WPU-70-17GLW and WPU-70-17GHW is their viscosity. WPU-70-17GHW is water based polyurethane adhesive with thickener so it has higher viscosity. WPU-70-17GLW is cement without thickener so it has lowe viscosity but you can extra add thickener in it to increase the viscosity.

Hardener for w ater based polyurethane cement
WPU-70-62I is water based polyisocyanate . It is the additive hardener for WPU-70-17GLW and
WPU-70-17GHW.

Operation method of water based polyurethane adhesive
1. Adding 3-5% WPU-70-62I by weight to the water based PU adhesives and mix by agitator at 300-500 RPM for 8-10 mins. Please use up the mixed cement within its pot life (2 hours).
2. Add 1% more WPU-70-62I during raining days and high humid days.
3. When mixed with PU dispersions, it will generate CO 2 , so don’t seal mixed cement.
