About the samples fee
1.Why do you charge samples fee?!
We have to source the material for your customized designs, we have to pay
the printing and embroidery, and we have to pay our designers salary. Once
you pay the sample fee, it means we have the contract with you, we will take
responsibility for your samples until you say " ok "..
2.How much is the samples fee?.
The account is up to your samples, usually it is 35 USD for each piece if there are many
embroideries or printings, and if it is complex, the sample fee may be higher..
3.Is the sample fee refunded when the order is placed?
Yes, if your order amount is more than 3,000 US dollar, the sample fee will be
refunded to you.
4.What is the samples time?.
It is 7-14 days depends on different samples design. If you want the samples
urgently, it can be done within two days.
5.How about the sample freight?
If you have an international express account,you can choose freight collect.If
don't have an account,you can pay the freight together with the sample fee,
then the parcel can be prepaid by us.+
6.If I don't like the sample whenI receive it,can you modify it for you?!
Yes, until you say "yes,it is ok"t

About the MOQ
1.What is your MOQ?+
Normally 300pcs for each design or color during May to October. And 100pcs in other months. If you want less, you have to pay 2USD more for each piece. As you know, the less the qty is, the higher the cost is.
