2.Can I get samples?
Certainly. Our existing samples will be sent to you directly, but a certain fee is required; a small sample development fee is
required for custom designs, and the sample fee can be refunded to you when the order reaches a certain quantity.

3.How long is the production lead time?

It takes 15-20 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

4.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI,cdr or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
