A: We are manufactuer of Outdoor products. Our office is located in Ningbo.
2. Q: Can you provide free sample?
A: We provide existing samples for free, but the freight will be on your side. For customized sample, we will charge sample fee.
The charge will be refunded after placing order.
3. Q: What’s your MOQ?
A:For items in stock, 1 piece is accepted. For customized order, MOQ is 1000-3000PCS.
4.Q: What’s your delivery time?
A: 30 days after everything is confirmed.
5. Q: Which port will you ship the goods?
A: Ningbo. Or we can offer price of EXW if you choose delivery by air, vessel or international express.
6. Q: What’s the payment terms?
A: Payment by T/T, paypal, L/C, Western union or Alibaba Escrow. 30% deposit before producing and 70% balance for bulk order
shipment.
