Products Description
Temperature-controlled transport places different demands on trailers & Trucks. The freshnessand quality of the goods naturally needs to be retained.At the same time, stringent hygiene and environmental requirements represent a particular logistical challenge.
Standard Parts
Doors: Two doors in sandwich panel, flat steel plate of 0.5 mm 2-sided insulation between them, with stainless steel lock set and rear door frame hinge latch fitting, with 3 hinged door.
Floor: Insulated floor panel, with Flat Steel diamond (2,5 mm), with frame structure in 60 x 40 x 2mm+beams in 70 x 50 mm
Body Panels: Front, Rear, Side and roof in sandwich panel,flat steel plate of 0.5 mm 2-sided insulation between them.
Finishing: Aluminium profile with stainless steel corners, sealed and riveted.
Frame Structure: Steel 30 x 30 x1,5 mm

length, middle truck have 20-32ft length, The truck body can be combined with different brand trucks simply by adjusting the distance of the beam.
3. Is it difficult to install Truck body CKD or SKD ?
My company has ten years' experience in exporting truck body. We can provide the truck body ckd of easiest assemble
