1.Can you change components for me?
A:Of course we can. Our tenet is "Quality first, customer first." We must modify it at your requests with the technical support.
2.Can I place sample orders?
A:Sample order is welcome for quality test, but needs extra$150 sample fee,next batch order will pay back.
3.Can you deliver samples by sea or by air?
A:Both are available. You can tell me your destination port firstly, then I can check the shipping cost and suggest you the suitable delivery way to you.
4.What is the advantage of electric bike?
A:You can not only ride your bike by ordinary way, but also choose battery powered mode.And you don't need to get a lisence and pay extra fees.
5.What is your payment term?
A:We usually accept T/T as the main payment terms, and other payments can be negotiated. Batch order is 30%T/T in advance, sample order is 100%T/T.
6.How about your delivery time?
A:Sample order is 20-25days after receiving payment, batch order is 30-35days after deposit.
7.Can you deliver samples by DHL or FedEx?
The freight by DHL or FedEx is very expensive because our products contain battery, it usually costs more than the electric bike value, so we suggest you choose sea shipping.
