Usage:
1.Brief
Double-effect concentrator is mainly used for concentration of the liquid materials of Chinese herbal, Western medicine, food, beverage, chemical industry, light industry, best solution for Chinese herbal, Western medicine and other heat sensitivity materials, solvent can be recovered.
2.Advantages
A.Heating chamber is separated with evaporation chamber, easy to clean and replace.
B.Vacuum concentration can reinforce the evaporation effect.
C.Low request on the heat source, provided a possibility to take low-pressure steam or waste heat as heating source.
D.Best solution to concentrate the heat sensitivity materials.
E.External heating circulation and vacuum evaporation ratio=0.55:1
G.Energy-saving. For JIN II-1000 model, it could save 3500 tons of steam, 90,000 tons of cooling water and 80,000 kW*h of electricity, compares to same size of single-effect machinery.
