A: For the sample order, we can accept Western Union or T/T. For the Batch order, we support Payment term by T/T (30% deposit payment in advance, 70% balance before shipment).

Q: What is your MOQ?

A: Our minimum order quantity is 300 units.

Q: Do you provide sample for evaluations?

A: YES, samples will be provided and normally spends 3-7 days.

Q: Do you accept customized orders?

A: Yes, of course, OEM & ODM service are available. Please kindly offer us your samples or drawings so that we can customize it as your requirements.

Q: What is your delivery time?

A: The delivery date is about 20-35 days after receipt of payme.

Q: How can I order a sample?

A: If you need sample for quality testing , we can make as per your request .You should pay for the transportation freight of sample & our sample cost, while the samples cost can be refundable after you place the order.
