3.About Lead Time:
If our goods are stock items, delivery time is 5-10days.
For bulk production, generally is 25-35days. It depend on the order details.
4. About Package:
Normal safe package is master carton or pallet.
But customized package is also available,such as individual inner box, assembly packaging, do label stickers...
5. About color confirmation :
Before the post processing of production, for example, printing and painting, Factory will confirm the color with pre-production
sample or by Pantone color card. To make sure the color is same or extremely as your need.
6.About Breakage:
As we all know, glass items are fragile cargo,so under 1% breakage is reasonable.
we will send some spare items to make sure order quantity is absolutely enough.
In case of serious damage due to our packing, we will compensate you in next order.
