introduction of the biochar charcoal machine
The whole gas flow type carbonization furnce include the one ps outer stove, three set of inner stoves , and the 3ton hoisting tools.
When one inner stove have been finished carbonization, we will use the hoisting tools hoist the inner stove from the outer stove, then let the inner stove natural cooling, at the same time, we can put another inner stove into the outer stove, which will save a lot of cooling time, so the productivity effect increase a lot, it is the ideal choice for mass production of charcoal.

1. outer stove of biochar charcoal machine
The external stove consists of 3 parts: heating chamber, stove body and heat keeping layer.
2. Inner stove of biochar charcoal machine
the inner stove Consist of the stove tank body and the sealing top cap. Besides, one set of carbonization
stove includes two or three carbonization basket with diameter 1460mm, 1430mm, and 1400mm.
3. Fume extraction tube of the carbonization furnace
Some smoke will be produced in the process of carbonizing. The combustible smoke can return to the furnace
through purifying tube. The purified combustible smoke can flow into the heating chamber of the main furnace for
heating the stove again.
4. Smoke purification system of the charcoal carbonization furnace
This system includes purification tank and heat exhausting cycle pipe. The Smoking
Purification system is designed to purify the incombustible smoke and filter the wood tar. The smoke through the
purification system will become water vapor, and it will not pollute the air.
5. The hoisting equipment of the charcoal carbonization
furnace : It is one ladder with one 360 degree lifting tools. And it is easy for loading and unloading the stove, reducing labor intensity greatly. The hoisting tool help workers avoid high-temperature burning when lifting the carbonization basket.
