Small stone double roll crusher for fine crushing
Function
Roll crusher consist of engine body, roller safety spring, etc. Transmission is driven by motor across belt that the rollers are rotating in two directions. Rollers space cn adjust within the prescribed limit to control the discharge size.
Roll crusher is also called double roll sand maker. Double oll crusher is used for medium and fine crushing of all kinds of medium hard ore and rock.

Operating principle
There are wedge or gasket of roll crusher installed between the two rollers and adjustable bolt installed on the top of the wedge device. When the adjustable bolt pulled up the wedge, the wedge will make the moved roller getting off the fixed roller.
Main materials
(1) Housing: Heavy duty plate steel welding. Steel plates are high quality carbon steel made by Anyang Iron and Steel Company, all capacity according to American standard ASTM A36M.
(2) Roller materials:high Manganese cast steel ,Mn content not less than 11.5%.
